We also gather or may gather certain information about your use of our site, such as what areas you visit and what services you access. In addition, there is information about your computer hardware and software that we may collect. This information may include without limitation, your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses.

In order to maintain your accounts in an efficient manner, we retain all the information we gather about you in an effort to make your repeat use with us more efficient, practical, and relevant. You may correct or update your account profile and/or resume at any time. In addition, you may delete your resume from storage or close your employer / recruiter account at any time, in which event we will remove all our copies of your resume and account profile information, except for an archival copy, which is not accessible on the Internet.

Since ResumeSpider is a career site, we give you the option of utilizing our service to distribute your resume to employers and search firms and to be searched by prospective employers / recruiters in our database. If you utilize our service, then all employers / recruiters who have access to our product may have access to your resume. We use our best efforts to grant access to this database only to recruiters, hiring managers, headhunters, and human resource professionals. However, we are not responsible if, in the rare event, some other third party, such as someone posing as the aforementioned, evades security measures and gains access to the service, and, subsequently, your resume. You may remove your resume from our searchable database at any time. However, employers / recruiters who have access to the resumes may have retained a copy of your resume in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes in these instances.
